Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Content planning, production, and review
- Liaison with key stakeholders
- Communication, promotion, and engagement with colleagues
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Enthusiasm to support trainees in the changing environment of health care education.
- Familiarity with the College’s training curriculum and alternative pathways.
- Familiarity with methods of appraisal and assessment (including examinations).
- Support of clinical director/ departmental lead.
- Keen interest in medical education and professional development.
- Interest in innovation of education delivery and content creation.
Remuneration
The College will compensate the Clinical Lead's NHS trust 1 Programmed Activity per week, according to the RCoA's clinical backfill policy.
