Our rooms

The spacious galleries and halls, fully air-conditioned and bathed in natural light overlooking Red Lion Square Gardens, offer a diverse range of functional spaces suitable for various events, including conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and workshops. Additionally, we offer two intimate meeting rooms that can accommodate up to ten people, perfect for small committee meetings or informal discussion groups.

Our Council Chamber, with its elegant and modern design, and flexible galleries serve as an excellent setting for drinks receptions and dinners. We provide in-house audio-visual equipment and technical support.

Located in the basement of the building, our lecture theatre comfortably seats up to 151 delegates. It is equipped with a modern AV system, featuring an LED video wall, two plasma screens, a ceiling-mounted loud panel, and an induction loop amplifier. The tiered seating ensures an uninterrupted line of vision for all attendees.

Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2

Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2 provide a contemporary and cosy setting for meetings with a boardroom arrangement accommodating up to 10 individuals.

Cost-effective solution for various occasions such as meetings, customised training sessions, or private interviews. Equipped with advanced audio-visual features and video-conferencing capabilities through a spacious HD screen affixed to the wall.

Includes: Complimentary wi-fi, built in plasma screen, videoconferencing facilities, speakers, and table microphones. Daylight.

Meeting Room 6 and Meeting Room 8

Meeting Room 6 provides a contemporary and professional setting for meetings with a boardroom arrangement accommodating up to 20 individuals.

BJA Library and Hall 2

The BJA Library and Hall 2 provide versatile environments that can be customised to suit various occasions and setup preferences. Perfect for boardroom meetings, off-site sessions, breakout areas, networking events, drinks receptions and intimate dinners. Showcase expansive windows with a view of the park, ensuring ample natural light.

Council Chamber

Our Council Chamber is a very impressive large meeting room with views over London and a horseshoe shaped table. It’s fantastic for large council meetings, board meetings, private meetings and private dinners. 

Includes: Complimentary wi-fi, two ceiling mounted HD projectors with automatic screens, large comfort monitor. HDMi floor connection and laptop adapters or a wireless presentation system. Natural daylight through very large windows with blinds if required.

Lecture theatre

The lecture theatre is an extremely impressive, yet intimate 150 seat space for lectures, awards ceremonies and presentations. AV included in the room.   Lectures, awards ceremonies, presentations.

Includes: Large stage with two comfy grey sofas and coffee table, Complimentary wi-fi, large 150inch LED wall and PA system with 4 wireless microphones. Two large repeater side screens, lectern with comfort monitor and gooseneck mics, sound insolation to reduce unwanted noise and improve sound quality. T loop for the hearing impaired.
