Career Development Programme

We are inviting applications for the Quality Network career development programme.  This programme is targeted for Resident Anaesthetists, SAS and Specialty doctors and CESR fellows. The aim of the programme is to develop quality improvement (QI) leadership skills and offer opportunity to engage in national level projects, building leaders for the future who will undertake local, regional and national QI leadership roles.

The programme will be complementary to the RCoA Quality Network which aims to share best practice on important national patient safety and quality initiatives through collaboration. The members of the programme will be encouraged to participate in projects delivered by the Quality Network utilising their local expertise to embed best practice and achieve positive change on a local and regional level.
