Quality Improvement Case Studies

The College's Quality Improvement Working Group wish to highlight examples of quality improvement (QI)  projects taking place in the UK. It is hoped this will assist departments wishing to undertake their own QI project. 

If you are going to be undertaking your own QI project, you can reach out to your Quality Network Regional Lead to share learning or for advice; further details on the Quality Network and your Regional Lead can be found here.

The Quality Network aims to share successes and lessons learned from quality improvement work, help fellows and members to develop their QI knowledge and increase their confidence to undertake improvement projects.
