Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) 17 October 2023
The College’s Board of Trustees has called an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of the membership. The meeting will take place online on 17 October 2023, starting at 6.30pm BST.
The EGM has been called in response to a requisition, including six resolutions, that has been proposed by individual College members with the support of more than 0.75% of the membership. No additional resolutions were received by the deadline of 21 September.
We have produced an EGM briefing pack to help members familiarise themselves with the issues being discussed at the EGM before voting. The briefing pack includes resolutions that been proposed by members and the response from the College Council and Board of Trustees.
Eligible members will be able to register for the EGM from 26 September 2023 and have been sent an email from our electoral services provider Mi-Voice. The email contains all the information you need to register to attend the EGM online as well as instructions for how to place your vote either at the meeting or in advance if you choose to exercise a proxy vote. The email was sent from elections@mi-voice.com with the subject line 'RCoA EGM 2023: Important attendance and voting information'. Proxy voting will close on Friday 13 October 2023 at 11.59am BST.
We will keep you informed via this web page and on email.
