Graham Blair

Director of Membership, Media and Development

Graham Blair was appointed as Director of Membership Media and Development in April 2022. He had previously been working at the College as Associate Director of Education and Events since October 2016

Before joining the College Graham worked for corporate, charity and membership organisations in their education and event functions delivering high-impact engagement programs for members and customers. Immediately before joining the College Graham was the Head of Events for Laithwaite’s Wine, organising the company’s educational content and event programme, weaving corporate objectives with customer enjoyment.

Graham’s early career working for the RNLI as National events manager and as Head of events for the Royal Academy of Engineering has given him on-the-ground and strategic experience in the Charity and Membership sector.

As Director of Membership, Media and Development, Graham is responsible for supporting College Members and Fellows by developing and improving the member experience, as well as overseeing the Marketing and Communications functions, digital communications including the RCoA website and the education and events programme.
