Following last year’s EGM, we committed to implementing the resolutions carried and keeping members updated. This update includes a summary of our progress since our last update in December 2023.

Measures to optimise perioperative care are promising but more anaesthetists are urgently needed to meet waiting list targets.   

We regret that Churchill House will not be accessible to members during April and May 2025 because of essential building work that must be undertaken at the earliest opportunity.

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust has been accredited under the RCoA Anaesthesia Clinical Services Accreditation (ACSA) scheme.

St George's University Hospitals have been re-accredited under the RCoA Anaesthesia Clinical Services Accreditation (ACSA) scheme.
