NHS England’s in-year solution to the current pension tax charges issue

The College would like to draw its member’s attention to the announcement today by NHS England regarding its in-year solution to the current pension tax charges issue.

While this is a short-term solution to an issue facing the NHS in the run-up to the winter period, the College and its members look forward to hearing details of a long-term solution from the next government.
