Why you should join us in person at Anaesthesia 2026 in Brighton
Anaesthesia 2026 returns on 12–14 May 2026, and this year there are more reasons than ever to join us in-person at Brighton’s iconic seafront.
City life
Brighton is the perfect host city; it’s creative, welcoming and full of energy. Delegates can start their day with a walk along the beachfront, explore the famous Lanes, or enjoy the vibrant food scene. Your Anaesthesia 2026 delegate pass will give you a host of local discounts, including meals at Dishoom and Pizza Pilgrims, group bookings at the legendary Komedia, local sauna sessions, and entry to the Brighton Pavilion.
Networking
Nothing compares to the casual conversations between sessions, shared insights over coffee, and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues old and new. Networking is the #1 reason our delegates give when we ask them why they come in person. Our drinks reception on the first evening is the perfect setting to relax, socialise and unwind after a full day of learning.
Hands-on learning
This year, we’ve expanded our in-person workshops, giving delegates the chance to take part in small-group Airway workshops designed to sharpen clinical practice and encourage practical discussion. We'll also have a workshop for Anaesthetists in training to prepare for their upcoming registrar interviews, also exclusively available in person.
Innovative abstracts
We’re also excited to feature our silent lecture theatre, where authors of shortlisted posters and videos present their work. It’s a fantastic opportunity for presenters to showcase their work to a live audience during the breaks.
Conference fringe events
We’ll have a range of official fringe activities for delegates, including morning yoga, a community beach clean, and industry-research link events.
Join us in Brighton to learn, connect, and refresh. It’ll be an unforgettable conference experience.
