The following information applies only to doctors who have qualified outside the United Kingdom or European Union and who want to come to the UK for a limited period of specialised training in anaesthesia. All applicants will now have to be on a Tier 5 visa under the auspices of the Medical Training Initiative (MTI).

Applicants for MTI must upload copies of the following documents when they submit this application form.
