ACSA Annual Review
The ACSA scheme produces an annual review of activity each year, to reflect on how the scheme has progressed and to recognise the achievements of departments.
The 2020-2021 review explains how the accreditation process has been adapted due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the College adopting a hybrid model of delivery. It highlights how engagement has increased, with 74% of all NHS departments registered to the scheme and a total of 41 departments now successfully accredited. The review also includes details about the ACSA Online Portal which was launched earlier this year, information on the most commonly unmet standards and the future plans for the scheme.
