Other biographical information

Dr Pollock was married to Robert Moore Kirkpatrick in 1957, a general practitioner from North Antrim; she balanced her professional and family life admirably. She is described as being sociable in domestic and professional settings and  retired in 1982 to further her  interests in travel and gardening.
