Mark Blaney
Mark Blaney has been with the College for over eight years, starting first as the Financial Controller prior to becoming the Director of Finance and Resources.
Mark is currently responsible for the College’s finances, investments, risk management and IT, previously having oversight of the estate function. He qualified as an accountant while working for public services, notching up 17 years’ experience in the health service and a further six for the probation service before joining the College.
In 2017 he was elected to the board of the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) and is now their Vice-Chair. The College now works with the LUPC using their experience in responsible procurement for the benefit of the College, its members, and wider stakeholders.
