Global Fellowship Scheme – applicant information
Information for applicants to the Global Fellowship Scheme (GFS)
Applicants that are successfully appointed to the Global Fellowship Scheme (GFS) will obtain full GMC registration through College sponsorship.
Before an IMG can be appointed to an GFS post, the College must have approved the post in question for GFS.
Before applying for GFS, you must be aware of the following:
- GFS posts are offered for a maximum of 24 months and the expectation is that upon completing your placement in the UK you do return to your home country
- you must meet all of the eligibility criteria
We would encourage you to read all the information on the web pages carefully, and contact us if you have any queries.
If you have any queries or require further information, please contact us via global@rcoa.ac.uk or call us on +44 (0)20 7092 1559.
