BMJ Awards 2020 - shortlist announced
The College congratulates the anaesthetic teams within the below hospitals and Trusts, for being shortlisted for the College sponsored Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine Team of the Year Award as part of the 2020 BMJ Awards:

- Maternal Analgesia Packs, Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust
- Improving Tracheostomy Care, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust

Started in 2008, the BMJ Awards are the UK's leading medical awards programme, recognising and celebrating inspirational work undertaken by clinicians and the teams they work with. The Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine Team of the Year award recognises an innovative project in the field of anaesthesia which has measurably improved care for patients.
