NHS England’s in-year solution to the current pension tax charges issue

The College would like to draw its member’s attention to the announcement on 22 November 2019 by NHS England regarding its in-year solution to the current pension tax charges issue, and the 07 December statement from the Secretary of State,

While this is a short-term solution to an issue facing the NHS in the run-up to the winter period, the College and its members look forward to hearing details of a long-term solution from the next government.
