Online Exam Applications and Payment System

As from 9.00 am on Tuesday, 23 February 2016 examination applicants will be able to apply for FRCA, FFICM, and FFPMRCA examinations online via OLS exams, which will be available through the relevant website.

In order to use the online exam booking and payment system, exam applicants will need to register for the College’s online services, if they have not already done so when applying online for College courses.  When registering for this please use the email address that the College holds for you.

During the online application process the system will run a number of checks on the information held for the applicant on the College database to establish the applicant’s eligibility for the exam they are applying for.  Therefore applicants must send certificate copies (IAC, BLTC, etc.) to the examinations department exams@rcoa.ac.uk at least two working days before making an online application so that we can add this information to your records which will allow the system to confirm your eligibility.  Once an exam applicant has completed their online application, the system will take them to PayPal where they will be able to pay for their examination.

Confirmation of booking onto the exam and receipt of payment will be sent to the applicant’s email address on successful completion of the process.

As an alternative to the new online process, the paper application and cheque payment process will also remain in place for the forthcoming academic year (2015-2016).

For further information please see our Online Exam Application FAQs page and read through the Candidate Application Information for the exam you are applying for, this can be found on the Dates, Fees and Applications page.  If you have any queries, please contact us at onlineservicesexams@rcoa.ac.uk.
