CPD Matrix

The Matrix is designed to provide guidance on appropriate CPD for all levels of anaesthetists outside of the training grades. It is not compulsory but simply a resource to assist anaesthetists and appraisers in their appraisal discussions. It is our expectation that appraisers and appraisees will use it as a guide to individual CPD requirements over a five-year cycle to aid with revalidation.
